ROMAN BALE | co-founder
Roman Bale is an experienced and passionate adventure rider with almost two decades of dedicated research. His love for the sport led to the creation of the ADV Spirit platform, which focuses on discovering the joys and challenges of adventure enduro.
With an intimate knowledge of the Balkans’ hidden gems and byways, his extensive travels have left a lasting impact on the adventure enduro community. His participation in the Trans Euro Trail (TET) project, where he contributed significantly to the 2,500 km long offroad trail through the Balkans, proves his commitment to developing the adventure enduro segment.
As Linesman for TET since its inception, founder of the motorcycle club and winner of the Rally Albania, Roman’s commitment to endurance, community and leadership is evident. In addition to adrenaline adventures, he values family, which reflects a commitment of great values in every aspect of ADV Spirit. Therefore, you are invited to dive into his world of research and experiences.
Tomaž kotarc | co-founder
Tomaž’s love for motorcycles goes back 35 years, when he sat on Tomos for the first time as a small child. From then on, motorcycles became part of his growing up, unfulfilled wishes and later also his business story.
In his childhood years, the desire to train motocross and compete remained just a desire, so he rode every motorcycle he could get his hands on. From automatic to “four”, ATX, motocross bikes and with a passed motorcycle test at the age of 18, also on the road. After the birth of 1st child, he returned to Off Road riding.
A 1-week ride with enduro motorcycles in Ibiza gave him the idea and a few years later MyTeam Motocross was created, which today is an established brand, focused on beginners and amateur riders, motocross camps and also own racing team that competes at home and abroad.
With 3 children, of course all motocross riders, there was still an unexpressed desire for experiences outside the motocross tracks. The result is ADV Spirit, where together with Roman, he is discovering the beauties of near and far terrains, while in the background he will take care of organization, marketing and trainings.
